Please refer to the Operation Manual, which provides clear instructions about machine maintenance.

It depends on the manufacturer of the machine you purchase and the geographic area where the machine is located. Some of our machines are covered with Product Liability Insurance, and some are not. If you required such coverage, please be sure to advise us when placing orders.

Normally, the warranty for the machine is one year upon installation.

It depends on the model you choose. Usually, our standard machines have 45 - 60 days delivery excluding transportation.

We normally do not offer installation service nor operator training. If you require any of these services, please do not hesitate to Contact Us for more information.
