The design of this Surface Coating Machine is unique for automation process. Significant features are as below.
- Inverter controlled rollers, easily to replace.
- The speed and pressure of smoothing roller are adjustable to evenly coat on work piece surface.
- The surface coating machine is self-protected with limit switch in case of over travel on the positioning components.
- The conveyor is auto positioning based on custom dimensions.
- The double air diaphragm can avoid sparks, not only protect the machine/workpiece damage but operator’s safety.
Fully automatic stacking with layer forming. Automatic bundle strapping & packaging.
