TURRET MILLING MACHINE, the spindle runs on precision bearings for long term high speed running, heavy duty cutting and maximum stability.
Equipped with cooling system.
Slideways are hardened, precision ground, then coated with Turcite-B for maximum wear resistance.
All castings are FC25 high quality material, anneal treated to relieve internal stress.
Oversize column ensures maximum rigidity and stability widely spaced base structure.
Centralized contral panel minimizes operation fatigue while permitting efficient operation.

The X and Y axes are transmitted by precision screws. Combined with preloaded double nuts for extremely smooth ,high precision working and minimum backlash.
The gears are hardened and precision ground.
Belt drive milling head.
Milling Head can tilts 90 degree right and left; 45 degree back and forward.
Feed change with inverter for variable speed change which design is easy to change speed. (For 3EVS)
Machine bad, stand and table are made by MEEHANITE Cast Iron construction.
Automotic Lubrication System is optional.
Table Power Feed for X, Y axis are optional equipment.
