1.Programmable HMI
The machine uses a programmable HMI “touch screen”, for easy machine operation. Command software is carefully designed to enhance automated sanding operations - main heads control, conveying table control and fault alerts.

2. Security shutdown
The safety of operator and machine is ensured by an automatic machine shutdown feature. Both sides of belts are equipped with proximity and pressure switches, to prevent belts from running off. The machine will automatically shut down in case of lack of pressure, if belts are not installed or not tensioned, or in case of belt breakage. However, the lifting motor can still move.

3. Belt cleaning device
This device uses the air to completely remove dust from the belt, ensuring its cleanness and longer service life. When the feeding conveyor is started, the cleaning device operates synchronously and a timer control the operation time. (Optional)
